Within our sales package, we provide everything you need to ensure the maximum sale price is achieved. Our service operates 7 days a week until 10 pm, which naturally creates an environment that is more efficient and effective in increasing your sale price compared to our competition.
** Fixed fee is applicable for properties up to £200,000 – Anything over is charged at 0.5% commission **
